The Role | Te mahi We are seeking a Porter/Concierge to provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds expectations of our guests.

This is a Part-time role based at Sudima Christchurch Airport with an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities | Nga haepapa Assist with guest enquiries Ensure guest messages and dry cleaning are delivered in a timely manner Communicate with DM or FOM of any issues that are raised Assist Front Desk during busy check-in and check-out to ensure guests are receiving the best possible service Record all luggage stored in an orderly manner Keep the luggage store room tidy and accessible at all times Follow any emergency procedures from DM when an emergency arises Stay updated on the knowledge of all room categories and amenities Conduct hotel security floor checks Regularly inspect the lobby and public areas to ensure that the standards of the hotel are maintained and comfortable for guests, visitors, and employees.About you | Ko koe tenei Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week Ability to work shifts Full driver's license Professional personal presentation and a great work ethic Ability to work well within a team and build and maintain successful working relationships Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise conflicting tasks professionally Strong guest service orientation Demonstrates initiative and flexibility Right to Work in NZ We are all valued | He kura te tangata Discounts at our hotels, restaurants, and spas across our network Staff, family, and friends rates at our hotels Meals on duty and uniform provided Excellent reward & recognition events Service and anniversary gifts and benefits Wellbeing programme including Health insurance discounts Our values are based on caring, working together, and doing the right thing.
