We pride ourselves on our passionate team, innovative systems, and friendly, results-focused service, which have enabled us to drive ahead of the competition since 1964.The RoleOur Fleet network is the strength behind New Zealand Couriers, requiring you to have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the capability to remain calm under pressure. You will support the Branch Manager to ensure the continued success and seamless operations of our Hawkes Bay and Gisborne fleet operation, where you will manage the Fleet and Wage Drivers.The prime responsibility of this role involves managing the day-to-day running of our fleet operations, leading the courier contractors, and supporting the branch operations, ensuring a premier level of service to our customers. You will have strong leadership capabilities and have an aptitude to train, develop, and mentor others.This role is Monday to Friday during operational hours; however, it requires a degree of flexibility.
