Job Description This is an opportunity to make a real difference and become a key player in the organisation.
You will provide essential back-office and administrative support to the General Manager, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of CAPS Hauraki.
Your role will be pivotal in streamlining processes and driving a strong customer service culture, delivering positive experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally, you will lead and coach a team of three Administrators, ensuring that support services run efficiently and align with the Mission and Vision of CAPS Hauraki.
Key responsibilities include: Coach and support a team of talented administrators to drive organisational efficiency and responsiveness Co-ordinate reporting, policy and plan review, audit preparation and other quality initiatives Oversee the HR system, recruitment processes, and IT support Manage key events and projects Contribute to Health & Safety practices to ensure smooth operations and a positive organisational impact Utilise your skills to contribute as a key member of the CAPS Leadership Team Qualifications To be successful in this position, you will have: Proven experience in administrative leadership, operations management, or a similar role Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with IT systems, HR processes, and event coordination Ability to work independently, lead projects, and coach team members Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and industry best practices Additional Information In return you will have the opportunity to lead a passionate and dedicated team, with professional development opportunities and the chance to work in a supportive, community-focused organisation.
