About the Role You will never have an uneventful day in the Nelson Hospital ED ED nursing uses all your skills and provides daily learning opportunities, with around 31,500 patient presentations per annum across the lifespan. About the Team/Location Nelson Marlborough Health is the main health provider for the Te Tau Ihu, the top of the south. Nearly 3,000 strong, we are Nelson and Marlborough's largest employer, which means the opportunities here are endless. About you Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.NZ Registered Nurse with a current NZMC practising certificate and post-registration nursing experience in ED or Acute Care.You will be a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, with excellent organisation and time management skills and a commitment to quality.Working for Health New Zealand Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellnesses.'
