The Opportunity As a Technology Partner Engagement Specialist, you will play a central role in managing the relationship with our external Technology Partners, who contribute to the wider ecosystem through integration of our security solutions.
Your main focus will be on cultivating strong and long-lasting relationships with the Technology Partners to ensure high-quality security solutions for customers.
In this role you'll gain a deep understanding of who our partners are, value propositions, markets, and operations to effectively communicate the value of their integrations, develop promotional plans and guide them through market introduction.
Collaborating with the regional sales teams, you'll support partners from initial contact through the application process to become a partner and build long-term engagement. You'll be key to driving the success of Gallagher and our Technology Partners.

You will be able to demonstrate your skills to communicate complex topics effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will also have strong business acumen, and proactive thinking. To drive positive outcomes for the business and our partners you will be able to analyse complex information and assess risk to inform considered decision making in a changing environment.
You will also need:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field is preferred.2+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related field is preferred.Excellent understanding of Microsoft Server products and confident with technology.Experience or knowledge with Gallagher products is not required but helpful.This position offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to play a pivotal role in shaping impactful, long-lasting external partnerships to deliver cutting-edge integrated solutions to our customers.
