We provide Signals Intelligence and Cyber Security and resilience to organisations of national significance to successfully navigate in an unpredictable world.The roleWe are currently on the hunt for two Level 1 Systems Administrators to provide support to this great team, and in turn, help the wider intelligence community keep up with technology requirements.
You will join a collaborative, friendly and productive team who pride themselves on being able to provide exceptional service to customers across the NZIC.Your role will include service centre components, however there will be variety in what you do, and you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and support the breadth of our Technology Directorate's infrastructure and technology.Responsibilities of the role will include:User account managementSystem administration, management and maintenanceManagement of the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systemsMonitoring of systemsCustomer liaison and coordination with internal and external AgenciesChange and impact notificationWho we're looking forFirst and foremost, you will have a genuine interest in technology.
You will also have exceptional problem-solving skills, top-notch communication skills and a results-oriented mind-set with a desire to never stop learning
