This role will focus on building brand awareness, managing digital content, optimising social media strategies, and developing landing pages to enhance the company's digital presence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong web development skills for landing pages and will be responsible for driving engagement through various digital channels, all while maintaining consistency in messaging and brand identity.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Marketing and Brand AwarenessDevelop and implement B2B brand strategies and marketing plans that promote the company's services and enhance our recognition.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that messaging, tone of voice and brand aligns with the company's objectives and resonates with target audience.Conduct marketing research to identify trends, target audience preferences and competitor activities.End-to-End Digital MarketingExecute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, paid advertising, social media management, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM efforts.Create brand collateral and engaging content (incl.
visual designs) across a range of platforms.Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.Social Media ManagementOwn and manage the company's social media strategy and presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and online community groups.Create and maintain a social media calendar that includes engaging content tailored for B2B audiences.Create and implement social media targeted advertising and sponsored posts across a range of topics.Track and measure social media performance to ensure consistent growth and engagement.Email Marketing & Campaign ManagementDevelop and manage eDM calendar, segmentation and automated flows that nurture relationships with new and existing partners.Track key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and engagement to improve email performance.Develop A/B tests to analyse performance and conversion of B2B leads.Web Development and Landing Page CreationDesign, build, and manage all brand related content on website and support website redevelopment projects.Implement A/B testing to enhance landing page effectiveness, focusing on improving user interaction and content optimisation.Analytics and ReportingUse digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track the success of digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.Regularly generate reports that offer an in-depth look at campaign performance, social media engagement, and website traffic.Proactively recommend improvements to optimise future marketing efforts.Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, including email marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM and content creation.Strong content creative and writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content across a range of market segments and audiences.Ability to create compelling visual design assets for webpages, campaigns, social media posts, EDMs etc.Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Figma, Canva, social media management platforms and email automation platforms.Web development skills with experience in building, optimising, and managing landing pages (platform experience with WordPress, Unbounce, or Webflow is preferred).Data driven marketer, turning data into actionable insights.Personal attributes: Strong project and time management skills, capable of balancing multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise messaging.
