This is a full-time position at 40 hours/week.

Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs.
Succession planning for your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use your discretion to make commercial decisions.
Understand Stock Management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
Provide coaching and on-the-spot feedback to your team.
