This is a full-time position at 40 hours/week.

  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs.
  • Succession planning for your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use your discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understand Stock Management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Provide coaching and on-the-spot feedback to your team.
