Your leadership will inspire teams, enhance engagement, and optimise sales while maintaining efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership:You will mentor, coach and develop the leaders of the future, enhancing engagement by building trust, transparency and performance.Team Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador and motivate, inspire, and energise a talented group of Store Managers.Customer Focus:Champion an exceptional customer service experience.Operational Excellence:Drive operational excellence in all business areas, including compliance, cost control, brand awareness, visual merchandising, and stock control.Store Visits:Regularly assess sales, KPIs, and store standards, motivating and driving performance.Budget Management:Oversee controllable expenses to meet profit targets.Data-Driven Decisions:Analyse KPIs and develop actionable strategies,Performance Updates:Present insights and recommendations to senior management.Who You AreExperience:5+ years in a Regional, State, or National multi-site role in retail.Leadership Skills:Exceptional ability to inspire and lead teams.Retail Knowledge:Strong understanding of the Retail Award and performance management.Sales Driver:Proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving sales.Financial Acumen:Experience in wage management and rostering.Visual Merchandising:Strong understanding of merchandising principles.Motivator:A highly influential and motivating presence.High Achiever:You thrive in fast-paced environments.Communication Skills:Exceptional ability to communicate effectively.Agile Thinker:Quick on your feet and ready to adapt.Please note, due to the multi-site nature of this role there will be regular travel by car and plane, you are required to have a valid driving licence and access to your own transport.
