You will have a direct People & Culture Specialist report to support in providing exceptional coaching, support and advice on all things People across the organization.Strategic PlanningPrepare and implement an annual People & Culture plan aligned with organizational strategyDevelop innovative P&C initiatives that support company business and investment objectivesCreate and execute strategic workforce planning to meet organizational goalsOrganizational DevelopmentDevelop, innovate and maintain the entire employee life cycle to provide an exceptional employee experience and improve productivityLead the development and implementation of plans, policies, strategies and key projects for the People & Culture TeamCultivate an organizational culture that reflects Whitecliffe's values, vision and purposeCulture & ValuesFoster and promote a positive organisational culture that embraces diversity and inclusion, high performing teams, and a productive work environmentLeadership CapabilitySupport a learning culture that encourages knowledge sharing, feedback, growth and commitment to lifelong learningDevelop comprehensive leadership development programs in collaboration with external or internal partnersRecruitment & Talent ManagementOversee the strategy for attraction, recruitment, selection and retentionCoach hiring managers on screening, interviewing, and selection processesPerformance ManagementDesign, implement and coach leaders on effective performance management strategiesAlign performance management with organizational values and objectivesWhat You Will BringExtensive experience in senior HR/People and Culture rolesA Tertiary qualification in Business, Law, Human Resources, or a related fieldStrong commercial acumen and business partnership capabilitiesProven track record in developing and implementing HR strategiesExcellence in relationship building and stakeholder managementDeep understanding of NZ employment law and HR best practicesStrong coaching and mentoring capabilitiesExperience in change management and organizational developmentThe right to work and live in New ZealandIf this sounds like you and you'd like to find out more, please APPLY NOW
