You will introduce process improvements and drive your team towards success and further clinical development whilst ensuring our clients get the best possible support.This role offers a diverse client range where you will work on a variety of cases and rehabilitation programmes.
You will work autonomously and maintain a clinical caseload in addition to mentoring your team.
Main responsibilities:
• Work with the Clinical / Service Leads to ensure high-quality service
• Consider client feedback to develop best practice / process improvements for the clinic / region
• Deliver personalised solutions for rehabilitation services and products
• Work on a diverse and exciting caseload, determining appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans
