Cash Management Team Member

Job Description What You'll Do As part of a dynamic cross-functional squad, you'll use your skills and initiative to: Resolve customer, store, and cash management queries across all brands promptly and effectively.
Investigate and correct payment discrepancies, ensuring swift resolutions within KPIs.
Reconcile store banking exceptions, unmatched POS systems, and over/underpayments.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including store managers, operations, and internal teams, to escalate and resolve issues.
Manage invoicing tasks and assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
Handle customer interactions across multiple platforms with professionalism and care.
Support cross-functional teams with supplier payments and accounts receivable processes.
Contribute to team initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement activities.

Desirable Experience: Cash Management/ retail POS reconciliation.
Familiarity with large ERP systems and retail POS cash management.
Previous retail experience in store sales and banking reconciliation.
Expertise in bank reconciliation and managing journals.
Accounts Receivable or Credit Control experience.
