You'll service a wide range of premium brand John Deere machinery and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.Aside from your technical know-how and nous, you'll be an exceptional team player who can adapt to any situation and is keen to learn more about our full line-up of equipment.In this role you will:Complete servicing/repairs on all machinery efficiently and effectivelyAssemble and conduct checks on new machinery ensuring readiness for deliveryEnjoy a varied work environment out in the field and in our modern workshopComplete all necessary paperwork effectively and efficientlyMaintain and upskill your knowledge of new machinery, technical skills and servicing techniques, with our supportDemonstrate exceptional customer service while representing and promoting the business positivelyBe available for an on-call roster, for after-hours callouts or urgent work as required.The successful candidate will have:Experience in servicing agricultural and/or construction and forestry machineryRelevant qualification as a heavy diesel mechanicProven diagnostic skills with a knack for problem-solvingProficient ability to use various IT solutions and diagnostic tools in daily activitiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsThe right attitude, taking ownership of your work, supporting customers and contributing to growing the business.Why Choose D&E?We provide a supportive environment that promotes personal and professional development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed in your career.This is an excellent career opportunity for the right person, you will be working with the best products and brands in the market.
