Each day, our interactions with our team and residents are guided by three values: Being There | In it Together | Look for a Way.Job DescriptionMo te turanga | About the RoleThe Head Gardener is responsible for the maintenance and development of all gardens, lawns, and landscaping within our community, in accordance with an existing framework and schedule. We run natural, non-toxic systems in our villages providing the best outcomes for our residents.You will be leading a team of two full-time gardeners.
