The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite.
This role is contributing to the Production Manufacturing team in Napier.
Main stakeholders are IPU (Integrated Production Unit) Leader, Planning and Fulfilment Team, Manufacturing Engineers and Quality and Production Development Team.You will be mainly accountable for:Maintenance planning & reliability improvement: Define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities and consult on improving equipment reliability, maintainability, and safety.Troubleshooting & technical problem solving: Solve major technical, equipment, or facility issues to enhance production line performance and minimize disruptions.Process & efficiency optimization: Propose and implement improvement projects to reduce maintenance needs and optimize operational and energy efficiency.Preventive & emergency maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns and malfunctions, and ensure spare parts for critical equipment are available.Equipment management & safety compliance: Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining accurate records.Our team dynamic is collaborative, with a focus on efficient problem-solving, mutual support, and maintaining high-quality standards to meet production goals.
