About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Production Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Napier.

As a key member of the Production Manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance planning & reliability improvement: Define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities and consult on improving equipment reliability, maintainability, and safety.
• Troubleshooting & technical problem solving: Solve major technical, equipment, or facility issues to enhance production line performance and minimize disruptions.
• Process & efficiency optimization: Propose and implement improvement projects to reduce maintenance needs and optimize operational and energy efficiency.
