Hygiene Service Technician | Thames-Paeroa Based

You will carry out hygiene and cleaning services, using your expertise to solve customer problems and provide top-notch service.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic working environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer care. Location: Hamilton branch, servicing clients in Thames, Coromandel, Whitianga, Paeroa and Te Aroha areas.
Working Hours: Full-time, with potential weekend work, overnight stays, and occasionally stay away from home.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct hygiene and cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets.
Provide and maintain products within customer premises, including air fresheners, sanitisers, feminine hygiene units, toilet paper, paper towels and soap dispensers, among others.
Address hygiene risks to create healthier and more enjoyable work environments.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and follow up as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
Requirements: Be self-motivated , reliable and proactive .
Demonstrate clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues. Excellent customer service to build upon client relationships.
A full NZ driving licence with a clean record.
Eligible to work full-time in New Zealand.
Physically fit and capable of following health and safety guidelines .
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively .
Be flexible with working hours and potential overtime.
Willingness to drive long distances and stay away from home if required.
High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets. Confident using a mobile phone service app and devices.
Prior experience in cleaning or related industry is advantageous but optional; training will be provided.
Please note that the successful candidate may need to undergo a pre-employment assessment, which includes a medical check and drug test; a criminal background check conducted by the Ministry of Justice; and verification of references.
The results must meet Rentokil Initial's satisfactory criteria.
