The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR space, helping to deliver programs that promote a positive company culture, support employee engagement, and facilitate effective people processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts.Handle administrative and systems management activities associated with onboarding, transfer/promotion, and offboarding of employees.Draft and prepare letters, agreements, and information related to employment matters.Maintain employee records and HR databases through SAP Success Factors with accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in managing performance reviews and feedback cycles.Help ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.Create and maintain our company SharePoint sites.Manage central HR inbox correspondence and respond to general queries.Perform other ad hoc HR generalist duties and support members of the HR team.Develop and maintain procedural manuals, integrating industry best practices with regular documentation audits.Collaborate on P&C and L&D initiatives.Key Qualifications:Recently graduated with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not essential.A genuine interest in People and Culture, employee experience, and organizational development.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.What We Can Offer:Competitive remuneration.Opportunity for career growth and development.Access to learning and training programs.Highly collaborative team environment.Chocolate Tuesday & Weekly fruit.If you are excited about joining a dynamic People and Culture team and contributing to the growth of our organization, we want to hear from you
