We pride ourselves on our Anglican values and our longstanding tradition of preparing young minds for future success in a co-educational setting that celebrates both boys and girls.The Role:Reporting to the General Manager, this pivotal position will lead the strategic marketing and communications efforts of St Mark's Church School. This role is 25 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.Key responsibilities include:Development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive enrolment growth and student retentionManagement of the school's brand identity across all platformsCreation and oversight of engaging content for multiple communication channelsPlanning and execution of school events and campaignsDigital marketing management including social media presence and website contentAnalytics tracking and reporting to inform marketing decisionsDevelopment of marketing collateral and communications materialsStakeholder engagement and relationship managementPhotography and videography of school events and activitiesManagement of the school's public relations and media presenceThe Person: We're seeking a dynamic marketing professional who demonstrates:Essential Skills and Qualities:Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or relevant fieldProven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategiesExcellence in written and verbal communicationProficiency in content creation and design toolsExperience in brand management and developmentStrong analytical and reporting skillsExceptional interpersonal and relationship management abilitiesProfessional demeanour with a positive outlook and good sense of humourAbility to work both strategically and operationallyHigh level of initiative and self-motivationTechnical Expertise:All round skills in social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)Experience with digital analytics and reportingVideo content creation and editing capabilitiesUnderstanding of educational marketing best practicesPersonal Attributes:Collaborative and adaptable team playerExcellent organisational and time management skillsDiplomatic and professional in stakeholder interactionsCreative and innovative thinkingAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentEmpathy for Anglican special character educationThis is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious educational institution and make a significant impact on its future growth and development.
