Senior Brand Manager | FMCG | AucklandAre you a visionary brand leader with the ability to shape a brand's entire identity from the ground up? This newly created Senior Brand Manager role offers a rare opportunity to define the brand strategy for a growing FMCG company with a strong social responsibility focus.
The Role:As the Senior Brand Manager, you will own the end-to-end brand strategy across multiple B2B and B2C brands, including graphic design, packaging, social, and online. You'll be the voice of the brand—ensuring its look, feel, and messaging resonate with customers and align with the company's community-centric values. You'll also lead cross-functional collaboration with key national FMCG retailers, driving brand growth, recognition, and customer loyalty.
What You'll Bring:Proven experience in graphic design, brand strategy, and marketing, with a keen eye for both creative execution and data-driven insights.Expertise in packaging, digital marketing, and social media, with a strong understanding of branding across online and offline channels.Leadership skills to set strategic brand direction and manage a small team, while being hands-on and involved in day-to-day execution.A passion for community impact, ensuring the brand remains humble, people-focused, and socially responsible.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company's aggressive growth trajectory.Lead the creation of all content, marketing initiatives, and packaging designs.Manage relationships with key partners and internal teams to drive brand success.Use analytics to drive continuous improvement and ensure KPI-driven brand growth.Why Join?This is an incredible opportunity to take full ownership of a brand's evolution within a progressive, values-driven company.
