You will role model by working alongside ourcentre whanauto open the sessions, guide activities while facilitating learning for our members and tamariki through child led play and positive guidance.To support whanau in the use of te reo Maori,encourage participation in the playcentre education programme to increase qualification levels at our centre, and demonstrate the benefits of participating to whanau. Let your inner author shine writing leaning stories highlighting tamariki achievements, developments, learning and wonders while supporting whanau with their exploring their light bulb moments. We are all about mentoring and supporting parents/whanau/members/tamariki as they explore and learn with their children during these very special years.4 March 2025 or as soon as possible.Days & hours:2 days a week Tuesday and Thursday (negotiable)9.15am–12.15pm during term time only.The ideal candidate will need to have the following:Hold a Playcentre Course 3 qualification or higher or an early childhood qualification of Level 4 orhigher.Hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to achieve this. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with tamariki and adults.
