The main focus of this role will be sourcing and developing datasets for remediation cases and calculating refund payments and communications.
In this role you will:Source, analyse and manage data for impacted customers.Complete an early initial analysis and identify any ongoing problems and potential solutions.Develop a comprehensive business rules document detailing data sources, refund calculations, and any assumptions or decisions made during the data process.Prepare and maintain datasets to execute remediation initiatives.Find root causes and propose and support remediation plans.This is us.
