This is an end-to-end Quantity Surveying role, which will see you working independently and running your own jobs from Pre-Construction Estimating through to Post Contract Quantity Surveying. Responsibilities Lead and assist the team both on the tools and/or off the tools to meet project demands and timelines. Liaising with clients and stakeholders while maintaining a high service quality. Sub-contractor management. Ensure all company Health and Safety policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to by all staff. Lead by example. Leading toolbox talks, pre-starts, safety audits, inductions, incident reporting, and mentoring team members. Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate tough conversations. Carry out carpentry tasks as required.
