ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions.Manage multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.Identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing methods.Provide insights and market trends to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors when needed.Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently.Drive employer branding initiatives to position FNZ as an employer of choice.What We're Looking ForProven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a business partner capacity.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, talent pools, and direct sourcing.A data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in analysing metrics to improve hiring processes.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.What We OfferA hybrid 3+2 model combining working from the office and from home.
