We provide high quality automotive services from engine building and dyno tuning, race and drift car tuning, right through to everyday servicing and WOFs. We are passionate about our work and our team is too.We now have two exciting opportunities for an experienced Workshop Manager / Foreman and an Automotive Technician to join our team.What are the benefits of working for us?A competitive remuneration packageFree parking available onsiteOngoing training and development opportunitiesThe opportunity to work within a fun, friendly, positive, and supportive team environmentMonday to Friday roleThe RolesWorkshop Manager / ForemanYou will be responsible for coordinating the smooth running of all workshop activities, including taking customer bookings and payments, invoicing, overseeing work safety, managing and motivating the team and their workflow and targets, while ensuring top-notch customer service. You will also be our eyes and ears, identifying opportunities for improvement, helping out with the website and social media, and be happy to pitch in wherever needed.We'd like to hear from you if you:Are a friendly and positive person with management experience, who's great with people and can motivate those around youAre ideally an experienced workshop manager who can drive a strong work ethic as well as health and safety cultureAre reliable, autonomous, possess excellent attention to detail and always take care with your workTake pride in building long-term relationships that can enhance business opportunities over timeAre willing to learn, pitch in, as well as contribute ideas and be a team playerAutomotive TechnicianYou will be an experienced Technician with good time management skills, attention to detail, and take pride in completing your work to a high standard.
