Senior Software Engineer (DevOps Engineer) - SRE Chapter – nCino (Salesforce)Senior Software Engineer (DevOps Engineer) - SRE Chapter - nCino (Salesforce) As a nCino (Salesforce) Senior Software Engineer (SRE) in our Lending and Protect tribe, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability of our Salesforce environments, particularly focused on our release pipelines. You will work closely with our other SRE Engineers to continually improve and enhance our platform, leaning towards cutting-edge best practices. You would be a crucial part of the ASB journey to take all our technology to Cloud focused on Salesforce.
We are looking for someone who is willing to take ownership of tasks, challenge our thinking, be passionate about their work, and most importantly, be passionate about the Salesforce technology stack. You will be well supported within your squad and the wider ASB Engineering Community.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Squad members to actively improve our platform.Design, build, maintain, and support our release pipelines.Actively contribute to improve our tooling, automation, provisioning, logging, and monitoring.React to incidents and diagnosis as required.Share knowledge that helps contribute to a wider understanding of our environment.Enhance our nCino implementation built on the Salesforce Platform (Declarative and Imperative Programming).RequiredExperience as an SRE focused on the Salesforce platform.Experienced developer on the Salesforce Platform.Excited by new and emerging technologies with a positive, flexible approach.Care about quality and have high attention to detail - understand the importance of open communication and teamwork.Experience with building, supporting, and maintaining CI/CD, Azure DevOps (repo, release, pipeline, artifact), Git, TFS.Familiar with coding or scripting languages like C#, Java, TypeScript, Python, PowerShell.Genuine desire to learn, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.Bonus:Experience with event-driven and integration platforms like Kafka, MQ, etc.Certified with Salesforce or nCino.What is in it for you:You will have the chance to implement your ideas and put your stamp on the Salesforce projects in one of the biggest banks in New Zealand.
