In this role you will provide leadership in communication and engagement practices and the development and implementation of communications and campaigns that support the success and retention of AUT students. The position works across the University to support the effective adoption and use of AUT communication channels and their enhancements - as a contributor to AUT's strategic objectives. You'll oversee a team of five who work to build a sense of pride and engagement with AUT - and that our student community feel informed, cared for, and connected to the University and each other.Ko wai koe | About youWe are looking for a highly motivated forward-thinking leader with proven experience in engaging diverse communities. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, planning and relationship building skills, with the ability to align with AUT's strategic goals and the needs of students.
