There really is only one question: What impact do YOU want to make? About this role: The Deloitte New Zealand Talent Acquisition team is seeking a fixed-term Graduate Coordinator from February to mid-April (with the potential to extend) to assist with our Early Careers campaign.
In this role you'll support with recruitment events, assist in managing the candidate experience during the recruitment process, coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with internal stakeholders and candidates.

Your typical day will include: Assisting with event management and coordinationDelivering high quality and efficient end to end recruitment administrationEnsuring successful recruitment outcomes through efficient and high-quality delivery of service.Coordination of interviews and preparing recruitment documentation.Supporting candidates through the process, ensuring high quality candidate care where required.Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You are someone with: Strong attention to detailEffective communication skills - both written and verbalAble to multi-task and comfortable with shifting prioritiesAn ability to follow processes and seek ways to improve theseA passion for people - having majored in Human Resources or similar (An understanding or background in Business/Commerce/Law is a plus)An appreciation that being a team player is a guaranteed way to succeedAn enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to join a high-performance environment focused on peopleFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint is a bonusWhat do I need to apply?
