This role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing budgets, overseeing administrative tasks, supporting research initiatives, and maintaining a professional environment.
You'll work closely with the TKRI Board, coordinate events, and ensure compliance with university policies.
Join us to contribute to a dynamic research instituteSalary will be in the range of $85,795 to $90,000 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.Ko wai koe?
– Who are you?To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and previous successful management experience.
A high level of planning and organisation skills along with excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills are required.
Knowledge of Te Reo and tikanga Maori is preferred.Applicants should be able to work strategically and show discretion and judgement with a respect for confidentiality along with the ability to relate and be sensitive to a wide range of people from a variety of backgrounds/cultures.Ko wai matou?
