Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.Your responsibilities will include:Providing personal care to residents under the guidance and direction of the Registered NurseWorking as part of a team to support creating an enjoyable and safe home for residentsThis is a developmental role that will grow your ability as a Caregiver and provide you with the skills and knowledge to create a career in healthcare.This is a casual contract working on an 'if and when' required basis.Qualifications:About you:You will be a passionate individual with genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life. To be considered suitable for this role you will bring the following:Eager ability to learn and pick up new skillsBe a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.The ability to work mornings, afternoons and weekends.Have a relevant Level 2 Health and Wellbeing Certificate OR the willingness to start a career as a CaregiverAdditional Information:What's in it for you?
