About the role: This is a full-time permanent position, reporting to the CFO based in Australia.
Maintain accurate financial records in SAP.Complete month-end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of monthly reports.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.Lead finance projects to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.Provide general support across the business in NZ and Australia.Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for review.Manage payables/creditor processes including reviewing supplier invoices and payroll.Prepare annual Group P&L and cash forecasts, including rolling and long-term forecasts.Contribute to the design of internal controls and finance risk management framework.Provide strategic input into the direction of the CFO alongside senior management.Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize returns within the Group's risk profile.About you: 5+ years' experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.CA or CPA qualification - essential.Experience within media/entertainment - an advantage.Process-oriented with a commitment to excellence and routine.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrates confidentiality, trustworthiness, and professionalism.Tech savvy, adaptable and responsive to change.Creative problem solver with resilience in overcoming obstacles.Proficient in Excel and experienced in financial modelling.In return, the company offers: Competitive salary.Supportive team culture.Career progression.Easy accessible location.Long-term stable employment.If you're ready to contribute your expertise to a dynamic team and drive strategic financial initiatives, we invite you to APPLY.
