They have a portfolio of Residential Services, Specialist Schools and Activity Centres for children and young people with Autism and complex needs such as Social, Emotional, and Behavioural Difficulties.This is an exciting time to join the organisation due to continuing plans for growth, and together, we are looking for a Regional Clinical Lead, to oversee the co-ordination and delivery of an integrated and effective service across the schools in their designated region.
This will involve budgetary oversight, clinical leadership, and line management of a MDT including experienced Lead Clinicians at each of your schools, and working closely with the Clinical Director to ensure that EHCPs are smoothly delivered.Work Pattern:4 day working week (after passing probation), while being paid the normal 5-day rateMonday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.Location:This is a hybrid-remote role, involving home-working as well as travel to the schools in your remit, which comprises of the adjoining areas of the West Midlands, Worcester, Gloucester, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.The role is ideally commutable from Cheltenham, Banbury, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Swindon and other surrounding towns and villages.Criteria:HCPC Registered as a Practitioner Psychologist, OT or SaLT OR be a NMC Registered Nurse OR SWE registered Social WorkerExperience of managing multiple clinical teamsInterview Process:This will be a two-stage process, including a formal and informal virtual interview.Salary and Benefits:This Regional Clinical Lead role is paying £70,000 to £80,000 per annum + £3500 Car Allowance, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an industry-leading benefit package:30 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays4 day working week (after probation, at no reduction to your salary
