Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whanau-centred care, and excellence.About the RoleThis crucial and challenging fixed term position will provide leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team within the Women's & Children's Health Service including, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology. You will work in partnership with specialist clinicians to form strategic operational plans and be supported by a cohesive team of junior doctors, allied health and nursing staff who are committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients.You will navigate across multiple internal and external services such as GP's, Midwives and Community Services as well as the Neonatal Unit, Surgery, Adult Specialty and other support teams.
