In this role, you will be committed to delivering excellent Customer Service - from serving customers, looking after food service, dispensing coffees, processing sales, merchandising & stocktaking, taking dips, housekeeping, and offering forecourt services.KEY CRITERIA: Sole person in charge. You are a mature, reliable person and come to work as planned.Position: Store Manager (1 Position)Job Location: South TaranakiJob Hours: 32 Hours minimum.Duration: Mornings/Evenings 5 days a week, must be flexible to work weekends or any Public Holidays as per business requirements.Applicant should have the following skills:Operational Leadership Ability within customer-facing sales settingsPhenomenal coaching prowess, inspiring teams towards individual & store goalsRelentless focus on growth, performance, and accountabilityPositive and proactive approach to safety, health, and wellbeingExperience improving customer experience and operational efficienciesAbility to balance multiple projects/initiatives with business-as-usual activitiesFlexibility with your schedule, working a variety of hours during operational hours.We are looking for a customer-oriented individual to manage and oversee all operations. It is a full-time permanent position, and the successful applicant will be required to manage the entire store. Applicant should have at least 3 years of Managerial work experience.Some of the Job Responsibilities will include:Oversee, plan & manage operationsAccurate stock control, cash handling, shift balances, and banking processes.Staff management including recruitment & coaching, training, and supervisionMake decisions on all products sold and services offered with the goal of maximizing station revenue.Plan and prepare staff rosters & manage payrollResolve staff grievancesHandle customer complaints.Budgeting and reviewing of the policies and pricesEnsure that the business meets its legal obligationsPay Range: $24/hr - $25/hr - based on experienceApply now for this role or get more information by contacting Sam.
