**Responsibilities**:

- To oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including hiring, scheduling, training, maintaining performance, supervising employees, dismissals and rostering.
- To maintain store profits and all controllable expenses, including labour costs, inventory levels and cash and inventory shortages.
- To maintain adequate stock levels, core product range and merchandising.
- To ensure lawful compliance of Employment and Health & Safety Legislation at all times.
- Negotiating supply and price agreements with suppliers.
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly banking and turnover reports.
- Preparing annual budgets and delivering store performance to meet the budget.
- Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized and well-kept.
- Ensure stock takes are carried out as per company policy.
- Maintain and enhance the performance of the store at all times.

**Person Specification**
- Minimum one years of relevant experience
- Minimum Bachelor qualification
- Strong numerical data analysis skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Able to work during weekend and public holiday
- Able to work extra hours if needed

**Location**: Midhirst

**Number of Position**: 1

**Duration**: Permanent fulltime - 40 hours per week

**Days**: Monday to Sunday

**Wage Rate**: $30 - $32 per hour
