This is a critical role in our office supporting the Office Manager, Projects and Interiors, and Pre-Construction teams.We're a busy bunch, so you will need to be flexible to move with the needs of the business when things change and be confident juggling a number of time-sensitive priorities at once. Professionalism will be keyTo be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:A full NZ driver's licence is essentialStrong organisational skills and efficiency in a busy office environmentExcellent attention to detailPrevious administration experience, preferably including accounts administrationProficient user of the full Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive and team-focused attitudeWhy work for usAt Naylor Love, we know work isn't only about who you work for; it's also about what you do and your work experiences.
