Our goal is to be a preferred and trusted health, safety and wellbeing partner of New Zealand businesses and their people.We are a growing business in exciting times, poised to increase our customer base by 25% from mid-2024 and proudly have two brands in the market with a revenue of $140 million.About the roleYou will be responsible for:Delivering an exceptional end-to-end employee experience, designing, and implementing people-focused systems and processes.Coaching people leaders and being a culture champion.Advising on employment relations/law and managing a range of employment relations situations.This role is ideally based in Christchurch; however, we are open to consider candidates from Wellington. Travel between offices will be required on a regular basis. This role reports to our Head of People & Capability located in Christchurch.About youYou will have the energy and drive to deliver end-to-end people services, and to easily connect with people across the business – both in person and online – build trust quickly and have the confidence to make things happen.You will have:Qualifications in human resource management, organisational psychology or a Masters in Business Administration, or related discipline - advantageous.5+ years' experience in an HR generalist role.In-depth knowledge and experience of employment relations.An ability to provide advice and coaching to leaders across the organisation.Advanced written and verbal communication skills.A demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.An ability to adapt and respond to change.Want to know more?
