A new land-based quarry is set to commence operations in Hawkes Bay mid-year, and we are seeking expressions of interest for a Quarry Manager to lead the development of this exciting project.
This role involves connecting with key clients, securing forward sales, and overseeing quarry operations.
It is a unique opportunity for an experienced quarry professional to take the reins from the earliest stage and shape a high-performing supply partner for the region.ABOUT USTW Aggregates will become a core division of TW Group, a leading, vertically integrated organisation.

We approach each project with a dynamic and collaborative mindset, employing critical thinkers and dedicated professionals.AS OUR QUARRY MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Leading and motivating a dedicated teamEnsuring a strong safety and environmental compliance cultureMaintaining equipment and facilitiesManaging budgets and resourcesAdhering to industry regulationsQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum 2 years in a quarry or similar industryA strong understanding of alluvial source materials and production techniquesExperience in the Hawkes Bay and Central Hawkes Bay region is an advantageStrong budgeting and sales skillsA good level of physical fitness as this is a hands-on roleReliable, punctual, and able to work well in a teamStrong mechanical aptitudeReliable with a positive, can-do attitudeCOMPANY BENEFITSWe are pleased to offer a comprehensive package of benefits for our employees, including competitive remuneration and access to staff discounts and group resources.
