Processing of contract progress claims using complex spreadsheetsPreparation of procurement documentation, including contractual documentsUploading tender documentation onto the Council's tender portalCollating all contract documents and additional correspondence for signing by the Council and the successful contractorPublishing start work notices on the website and distributing to key stakeholdersWorking within strict service level agreementsWorking as part of our technical contracts team can be highly demanding, so experience working with contracts would be to your advantage.
Your methodical approach, paralleled with a capability to multi-task across a range of activities, allows you to maintain your accuracy and attention to detail, even with high volumes of work.
You'll have experience in SAP, ideally in finance or procurement.
You'll be advanced in the use of Excel, and you'll have experience working with Capital Delivery Projects and in particular experience with NZS 3190/3916 contracts.

Hours of work - Fulltime Permanent Position
Location- This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch Salary-The salary band for this position goes from $65,502 - $72,780 per annum based on a 40 hour week.
Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
