We understand that moving across countries is challenging, so we're willing to support on multiple fronts a clinician who would like to take up our Audiology Joint Venture Partnerships (business ownership) across either Wagga Wagga and Griffith in New South Wales or Benalla/Wangaratta in Victoria.Not only will we assist you and your loved ones to move your life across to Australia, but we'll also ensure that you have a supported journey as you transition to the Australian audiology industry.

This vibrant regional city offers a blend of urban convenience and rural charm, featuring a friendly community, rich cultural heritage, and beautiful landscapes.
Residents enjoy a relaxed lifestyle with access to quality schools, healthcare, and recreational activities.Griffith, home to around 28,000 people, is situated in the Riverina region and is known for its diverse community, comprising over sixty nationalities.
Renowned for its agricultural strength, Griffith is a hub for vineyards and orchards, making it a favorite destination for food and wine enthusiasts.Benalla, with a population of approximately 14,500, is famous for the Wall to Wall Festival, which turns the town into a vibrant outdoor gallery featuring stunning street art murals.
It boasts a rich mix of cultural and natural attractions, including the Benalla Art Gallery by Lake Benalla and the tranquil Botanical Gardens with scenic walking trails.Wangaratta has a population of around 30,000 and is known for its picturesque landscapes, including national parks and the Ovens and King Rivers.
This charming city fosters a strong sense of community, hosting various local events like the Wangaratta Festival of Jazz.Why join Specsavers as an Audiology Joint Venture Partner?Reap the rewards of your hard work, without compromising on customer care.No sales targets or product related KPIs.A comprehensive 2.5-week Specsavers clinical standards and business management induction program.Full business and administrative support from Specsavers support office, including payroll, accounts payable, marketing, IT and supply chain plus ongoing business and clinical guidance.Guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 - $110,000 plus super (paid fortnightly), plus annual profit (paid quarterly once the business is making profit) and the future value of your shares in the business you develop and build (paid when you retire from the business).5 weeks annual leave + birthday leave.Two free pairs of glasses per year.Requirements:Be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).A high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.And finally, you must want to challenge and help shape the industry for the better, with a formula based on clinical excellence, open and transparent pricing, and excellent products at value-for-money pricing.Where to from here?If these are opportunities that pique your interest, let's have a discussion to explore how this might work.
