The Hired Guns are seeking a skilled Product Marketing Lead to support a B2B SaaS AI tool that helps e-commerce companies optimize their online sales.

A recognized leader in end-to-end optimization and intelligence platforms for e-marketplaces is looking to hire a detailed, organized, and experienced Product Marketing Lead to drive product strategy and grow their sales and marketing efforts.
The Product Marketing Lead is the glue that binds the product team together — but you will also collaborate regularly with product management, marketing, and sales to run inbound and outbound strategies specifically focused on product launch and go-to-market efforts.
This role requires running the high-level strategy, planning, and research that happens before a product rolls out.
In this role you will develop an understanding of the buyer, communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team, and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
Why You?
How you'll know if you're a fit… You have 5+ years' experience in product marketing with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B / SaaS market-facing role.
You have a B.A.
in marketing or other relevant industry and are comfortable using Asana, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project as well as collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Omniture, and Google Analytics is preferred.
In your previous roles, you delivered presentations to customers and prospects in which you effectively communicated how a product solves a buyer's problem.You've spent time conducting competitor analysis and market research, and you backup strategic insights with market evidence, using that knowledge to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers.
As a leader, you're comfortable with the balancing act of flexing strong diplomatic skills and knowing when to push back and when to dive in.
Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and an obsession with tracking performance means you're always ready with answers and can point to accurate data to prove what's working and what isn't.
