The Hired Guns are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Manager with 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience in financial services or tech to join an innovative investment banking firm that helps launch and scale emerging technology companies.

As Marketing Manager, you will hold virtually the entire marketing mix for this financial firm in your capable hands.
This role is a remarkable combination of the strategic and the operational: you will have a seat at the table with the senior team planning the firm's marketing strategy and delivering key business insights to leadership.
At the same time, you'll execute both hands-on and in partnership with your PR agency and other service providers.
You'll skillfully weave together digital marketing (lead-gen and demand-gen) programs, social media, email marketing, event management and execution, content strategy and creation, and ownership of the firm's web presence.
And the timing couldn't be better: you'll come aboard to take the lead in a rebranding and a relaunch of the website, so you'll be able to put your own stamp on the results, instead of just spinning the dials on existing processes.

How you'll know if you're a fit… We are in search of an emerging leader who knows the ins and outs of digital marketing.
You have a bachelor's degree in marketing or business and 2 to 4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role in financial services or an emerging technology firm.
You've built and executed successful B2B demand-gen and lead-gen programs and have developed significant experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, ideally Pardot and Salesforce.
You love being hands-on and have complete mastery of all the details, able to juggle content creation, vendor management, social media planning/posting/analysis, and more.
You're a superb collaborator and communicator who effortlessly distills complex information into the key insights that your leadership team needs from you.
Your can-do attitude has served you well in managing ambiguity and operating autonomously in a lean, flat, performance-driven environment.
