You'll be servicing pivots, hard hose irrigators, pumps, and irrigation systems throughout Otago and Southland.Why you'll love this role:Enjoy a competitive salary, overtime rates, and allowancesWe offer our employees a great range of corporate staff discountsWe offer heaps of variety - no two days are the same in our fast-paced, outdoor settingYou'll get to travel around the Otago/Southland region to work on our customers' farmsOngoing product training and development with support from our other registered electricians across our other South Island branches.About the role:Inspect electrical systems and components for hazards and defectsDiagnose issues using test equipment and hand toolsRepair and service irrigation pumps and irrigatorsEnsure all electrical work meets industry standardsSuggest ideas to improve system efficienciesAssist operations with the electrical commissioning of our customers' pivots, pumps, and irrigation systems.We're looking for someone who is:A NZ Registered Electrician with a knack for mechanical work and not afraid to get 'stuck in' out in the field.
