**About the Role:**

We're seeking an experienced Registered Electrician to join our Cromwell crew as a service electrician. In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing pivots, hard hose irrigators, pumps, and irrigation systems throughout Otago and Southland. You'll enjoy a competitive salary, overtime rates, and allowances, as well as corporate staff discounts and ongoing product training and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Inspect electrical systems and components for hazards and defects
  • Diagnose issues using test equipment and hand tools
  • Repair and service irrigation pumps and irrigators
  • Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards
  • Suggest ideas to improve system efficiencies
  • Assist operations with the electrical commissioning of our customers' pivots, pumps, and irrigation systems

**Requirements:**

  • NZ Registered Electrician with experience in mechanical work and willingness to get 'stuck in' out in the field
  • Positive and motivated individual with a can-do attitude, eager to tackle varied and challenging tasks
  • Willingness to learn new skills on the job
