Candidate should have strong sense of responsibility and ownership and can drive a complex problem to completion.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToDesign, implement, and document our next-gen Infrastructure as Code (IaC) ecosystemAdvocate for and apply best design practices when it comes to availability, scalability, operational excellence, and efficiencyAutomate manual and repetitive tasks to reduce operational toilDeploy and enhance components of our environments, such as Container Services, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Databases, monitoring, and alerting toolsServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for Cloud (AWS/Azure) and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) deploymentsMaintain ongoing improvement of processes, and best practices to meet security, cost, and agility requirementsContribute to and maintain design and process documentationContinually seek opportunities to improve SLA/Uptime and minimize customer impactsUnderstand, champion, and enforce security and compliance policies and proceduresWhat You Will BringIn-depth knowledge and experience building cloud infrastructure in a commercial setting using Terraform Enterprise (TFE) and associated technologiesExperience building high availability publicly facing ecosystems with 24/7 uptime and 99.99%+ SLAPrevious experience in deploying Kubernetes in Cloud using IaC (AWS EKS /Azure AKS)Experience utilizing scripting languages to automate build and deployment activities (Python, Powershell)Broad knowledge of the architecture of enterprise-level information technology building blocks (e.g., Networking, Databases, Messaging, RBAC, etc.)
