This role is part of the inpatient Dietitian team and would see you working permanent, full-time (40 hours /week) Monday to Friday, with roster weekends.
This role will primarily be based on our older adult wards: * Proactively work with a complex caseload delivering high quality outcome focused innovative care, applying evidence-based practice, interventions and education * Enhance your skills and knowledge in the comprehensive management of a variety of patients * Receive support to lead clinical education and quality improvement initiatives * Work in partnership with an individual and their whānau to provide client care * Optimize patient experience by utilizing your excellent interpersonal communication skills * Collaborate with team members and other work groups to achieve our service objectivesAbout the Team/Service/ LocationOur team is made up of passionate and supportive dietitians who are dedicated to advocating for our patients and enhancing nutrition-related outcomes within our community.
We consist of 26.7 FTEs, working across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
