Our client is looking for an experienced EUC Engineer who is looking to work in a supportive and fast paced environment. The successful person will be based full time from the Mount Wellington office. The is a great opportunity for an experience desktop support / EUC candidate who is looking for that next step in their career and gain exposure to project work. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert desktop support to end-users across office locations, ensuring seamless operation of workstations and software.Administer and support Office 365 applications, including email, Teams, and Office apps.Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.Deploy and configure Windows 11 environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.Utilize SCCM for software distribution, updates, and inventory management.Leverage ServiceNOW for incident management and service requests, maintaining high customer satisfaction.Assist in the management and maintenance of network and infrastructure components.Primarily engage in Business As Usual (BAU) activities while also having the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects.Qualifications: Proven experience in desktop and EUC support, with excellent customer services skills.Excellent hands-on experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 11, SCCM, and ServiceNOW.A understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts.Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Must be able to work both independently and as part of a teamThis role is looking to interview asap so please apply for immediate consideration.
