We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who excel in communication and customer education to represent Nespresso at leading retailers within New Zealand.Leverage your communication skills and passion for coffee to make a meaningful impact with NespressoWhy This Role is Perfect for You:Competitive Pay: Enjoy a competitive hourly rate plus KPI bonus incentives.Flexible Scheduling: Work on Saturdays and/or Sundays with occasional weekday shifts during promotional periods.Comprehensive Training: Receive thorough training in coffee machine knowledge and sales techniques while learning the story behind Nespresso Coffee to ensure your success.Local Coverage: Engage with customers at various stores across Wairau Park, Albany and North Shore surrounds adding variety to your role.As a Nespresso Brand Ambassador, you will:Communicate Effectively: Use your exceptional communication skills to engage with customers, making their shopping experience memorable.Educate and Inform: Share your in-depth knowledge of Nespresso coffee machines to educate customers on their features and benefits.Drive Sales: Convert engaging conversations and educational demonstrations into successful sales.Promote Brand Values: Advocate for Nespresso's brand values and promotional campaigns, enhancing customer understanding and brand loyalty.What We're Looking For:Strong Communicator: Ability to articulate information clearly and build rapport with diverse customers.Customer Educator: Passion for teaching customers about products, enhancing their shopping experience with valuable insights.Product Knowledge: Keen interest in coffee with the ability to quickly grasp and convey detailed product information.Sales Driven: Confidence in turning customer interactions into sales and brand advocacy.Reliable and Independent: Dependable with a reliable mode of transport and the ability to work independently.About You:You possess excellent communication skills and have a knack for making complex information accessible.You're passionate about coffee and eager to share your product knowledge with customers.You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are committed to providing outstanding customer service.You have a car and valid driver's license and thrive being in a face-to-face environment.You're available for weekend shifts and have the flexibility to cover multiple stores in Wairau Park, Albany and North Shore surrounds.Ready to inspire coffee lovers and drive sales with Nespresso?
