Job DescriptionWhat will a day in this role look like?Develop multi-year NZ renewable energy & storage strategy, implementation plans and priority actions/investments in collaboration with our key stakeholders across the business.Support the delivery of renewable energy & storage projects during execution and implementation by taking on key roles such as Project Director, Project Manager, Lead Verifier or Technical/Discipline Lead.Identify and engage key clients in collaboration with our regional teams and stakeholders.Elevate our brand and industry presence through thought leadership and strategic external marketing initiatives.Drive collaboration with our global energy teams for workshare and capability development, including active participation in our Renewable Energy & Storage Technical Practice Group.The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role.

QualificationsWhat are we looking for from you?Proven ability to manage complex energy projects while meeting delivery requirementsDemonstrated consulting experience in the renewable energy industry working with asset owners, developers, suppliers, or power utilitiesLeadership skills including technical leadership, team building, innovation and motivational abilitiesSound commercial background, including familiarity with contractual conditions and procedures, and experience of taking commercial responsibility for major projects and businessesA successful track record in building a renewable energy sector line of business is desirable but not essentialExperience with the Resource Management Act (or Fast Track) consenting processes is an advantage.Additional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
